research, education and commercial applications. Use of the services is
deemed to be acceptable insofar as it promotes and does not impede the
use of those applications.

Facilities provided to a client by CyberIsland (MSD Computer Corp.) are
for the exclusive use of the client and may not be resold without the
express written permission of MSD Computer Corp.

CyberIsland (MSD Computer Corp.) policy is very general with respect to
traffic within CyberIsland (MSD Computer Corp.). The client is cautioned
that the nature of the client's traffic must adhere to the policies of
all networks over which the traffic flows.

In general, users of CyberIsland (MSD Computer Corp.):
1. will not seek to gain unauthorized access to resources of the Internet,
2. will not disrupt the intended use of the Internet,
3. will not waste resources (computer, line capacity, people),
4. will not destroy the integrity of computer based information, and
5. will not compromise the privacy of users.

Specifically:
1. It is NOT acceptable to use CyberIsland (MSD Computer Corp.) for
purposes which are illegal.
2. It is NOT acceptable to use CyberIsland (MSD Computer Corp.) to
transmit unsolicited commercial
information (ie. junk mail, advertising) or material which is offensive
to its recipient.
3. Information and resources accessible via CyberIsland (MSD Computer
Corp.) are considered the property of the individuals and organizations
which own the right to those resources.

Access to these resources without permission of the owner is not
acceptable.

The CyberIsland (MSD Computer Corp.) help centre can answer any specific
questions or concerns a client may have with respect to acceptable use of
the network. Clients who feel they are victims of unacceptable use should

CyberIsland (MSD Computer Corp.)'s liability and your exclusive remedy
are as follows:

In no event will CyberIsland (MSD Computer Corp.) or its direct or
indirect suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever including, but
not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential
damages or other pecuniary loss arising out of, the use of or inability
to use, the services, even if CyberIsland (MSD Computer Corp.) has been
advised of the possibility of such an occurrence.

In particular, CyberIsland (MSD Computer Corp.) and its suppliers are not
responsible for any costs including, without limitation, loss of business
profits, business interruption, loss of business information, the cost of
recovering such information, the cost of substitute service providers or
claims by third parties.

No oral or written information given by CyberIsland (MSD Computer Corp.),
its agents or employees, shall create a guarantee.

In no case shall any direct or indirect suppliers of CyberIsland (MSD
Computer Corp.) bear any liability for any reason whatsoever and in no
case shall CyberIsland (MSD Computer Corp.)'s liability exceed the amount
of the monthly service fee actually paid by you.
